Abstract submission guidelines:
• Full registration in congress website is required prior to abstract submission.
• It is necessary to sign in to website with your username and password and go through the process using the article submission menu.
• The author of the abstract is responsible for its scientific content.
• The abstract must be submitted ONLY in English.
• Abstract content must be related to congress scientific files.
• The abstract must be written in English scientific and clear text, without any spelling or grammatical mistakes.
• The word count limit for an abstract is 350 words.
• Each participant can only submit 2 abstracts on website. To submit more papers an additional fee must be payed through the link presented in user’s page.
• The person submitting the abstract on website is considered the presenter of the paper by the congress and the certificate will only be issued in his/her name.
• Corresponding author: In case several authors have cooperated in writing an abstract, one of them is considered the corresponding author who is responsible for abstract writing and content, as well as its follow-ups.
• Affiliation: Affiliation means the scientific center or university from which you have sent your abstract. In this section you can enter the address of the university or center in which you have executed the presented work in the abstract.
• Grant: Enter the research grant you have received from a center or an institution in this section. Otherwise it is not necessary to write in this section.
• Abstract presentation can be in English or Persian. Participants interested in presenting in English should mark the proper option in the website at the end of the submission process.
